Just a reminder that if you row 14k between the 9th - 14th February you are eligible for the Valentine's Challenge where you can download a C2 inspired Valentine's card.

Beat and Dave P have already rowed 14k and have their name on the honour board - nice work gents.

How to join Empty the Tanks, sign up for the CTC & C2 Series Challenges

How to join Empty the Tanks
If you want to join the virtual rowing team, you will need to get an online logbook on the C2 website
Go to the new users section and enter your details.
Once you have logged on, go to your profile and affiliate yourself with Empty the tanks.
If you want to join the team challenges, go to the teams tab and it will give you an option to join the current / up-coming challenge - just click it to join.

How to join a CTC challenge
Go to the Cross Team Challenge website and go to the add new members section in the top right hand corner. Add your details (Name, age, weight category, select Empty the Tanks team - you will also need to create a password).
Once you are registered, return to the main page and then select your name from the list, enter your password and enter your time - click the how good am I button.

Get involved in the C2 Challenge Series

Go to the Concept 2 website and click on the 'Motivation' tab.

You will need to set up an online profile to join in the monthly challenges. The challenges start in September and run through to May and if you contribute to all challenges you are eligible for a range of prizes.

Bonus rounds are offered in the summer months.
