For those of you who are training for the BIRC in two weeks time it is a great session to get those blood vessels pumping and help you push out more power at a slower stroke rate.
For those of you not training for the BIRC its a great row because you hurt yourself in short bursts and have a chance to recover (just about) in the rest period. Give it a go - you might be surprised.
