I am going to hopefully sit in the garden in the sun and drink beer. I would like to do the annual marathon challenge which I think is later this month, but I need a few days rest before I consider it!
I'm looking forward to planting my little garden on the roof deck & doing some biking. No rowing machine for a few days & thenI'll do some short easy stuff. The distance is getting harder to hang onto here near the end but I'm close to getting to my goal of 500k, may get there tomorrow.Andy
I know what you mean - having done the World Erg Challenge on the back of the March Madness has really tired me out.I am looking forward to the weekend and having the freedom to do my daily exercise on the bike instead of the erg.Good luck for the next two days folks - I hope you reach your target metres.
